When will my order arrive?

Orders ship within 1 business day and typically arrive in 5–9 business days. During peak move-in season (late July–August), allow a few extra days — we recommend ordering at least two weeks before move-in.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — shipping is free on all orders over $49. Every bundle qualifies automatically.

Will the bedding fit my dorm bed?

Yes. Every sheet set, comforter, mattress topper, and protector we sell is sized for Twin XL (39" × 80") — the standard in nearly all U.S. residence halls. If your school uses full-size beds, check your housing portal before ordering.

What's included in the bundles?

Each bundle page lists every included item. Bundles group our most-loved products by need — bedding, bath, desk, storage, laundry, or the Complete Move-In Kit — at up to 20% less than buying separately.

What is your return policy?

30-day hassle-free returns on unused items in original packaging. If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund — you won't pay return shipping.

Do the adhesive products damage walls?

No. Our wall hooks, shower caddy shelves, and whiteboard roll all use damage-free adhesive that removes cleanly — designed to pass end-of-year room inspections.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Most orders are trackable door to door.

Can I ship directly to campus?

Absolutely. Many families ship straight to the student's campus mail center. Check your school's mailroom policy for early-arrival packages, and include the student's full name and hall assignment in the address.
