All orders over $49 ship free via standard shipping. All bundles include free shipping regardless of order total.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm EST ship same business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST or on weekends ship the next business day.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Orders typically show tracking movement within 24 hours of shipment.
Shipping to Dorm Addresses
We ship to all US dorm addresses including campus mailrooms. Include your full building name, room number, and any specific mailroom instructions in the address field at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Returns
We accept returns on all unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Start your return through our returns portal — no emailing required.
How to Start a Return
- Go to our returns portal (link in your order confirmation email)
- Enter your order number and email address
- Select the item(s) you want to return and the reason
- Print your prepaid return label (orders over $50) or ship at your cost (orders under $50)
- Drop off the package at any UPS or USPS location
- Refund processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return
Bundle Returns
Bundle items may be returned individually within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Individual items from a bundle are refunded at the prorated individual product price. The bundle discount is forfeited on returned items.
Exchanges
Need a different color or size? Use the returns portal to request an exchange. We'll ship your replacement as soon as the original is on its way back to us.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on opened mattress toppers, opened bedding that has been used, or any item that shows signs of use. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.
