Shipping policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (US):
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — Free on orders $50+, otherwise $4.99
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $12.99
International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on customs and local carriers. LumiGlow is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or import taxes — these are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us at support@lumiglowtoday.com within 7 days and we'll work to resolve it.
